Dan has been working as a jeweler for over 45 years and opened The Jeweler's Bench in 2001. He has designed and created over 5000 unique pieces throughout his career. Dan is a hard working family man. He is well known for his dedication to his craft as well as serving and improving his community. A few examples of these are:
- Won the Reed Smoot Small Business of the Year award
- President of The Intermountain Jeweler's Association since 2013
- Completed courses at GIA & Revere Academy for Jewelers
- Served on the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Board
- Served as Precinct Chair for many years
- Served on the board for the Provo Down Town Alliance
- Voluntarily donated 2 years of service to his church.
- Commissioned internationally to craft custom jewelry
- Married with 5 wonderful children & 10 grandchildren
